Account Aggregation is a convenient feature that allows you to link other investment accounts to the RR Portal. Balances of aggregated accounts will update automatically and for security reasons, do not allow changes to be made to those accounts through the RR Portal.  Your 401(k) Plan account is already aggregated, and the balance will update automatically.  

  • Account Aggregation tab
  • Select "Enable Account Aggregation"
  • Scroll down > Select "Link Account"
  • Select Financial Institution used for Investments > Sign in > Complete authentication process (if applicable) > Submit
