There is an auto-increase feature built into the HCA 401(k) Plan. This is built into the Plan to help you get on track for retirement. You may set the rate of your automatic increase in whole dollars or as a percentage up to the annual maximum contribution limit. And you may change the automatic increase rate at any time. The auto-increase feature is a convenient and painless way for you to gradually step up your contribution so that you may attain the retirement you deserve. You may change your contribution percentage at any time, but we encourage you to allow the auto-increase to occur, see if you don't miss the difference. You'll be happy you did when you retire!
You can adjust your contribution level at any time by going to HCAGHR.com, click Benefits, and click on BConnected.
