Ensure you update your address with HCA and ask if they will update your address for all of your benefits, including your 401(k) Plan account. Login to your account and confirm that your address is correct under your profile and on your statements.
Relocating does not change your eligibility to take full advantage of the 401(k) Plan.
Even if you are no longer an employee, it is imperative to keep your address up to date on all of your accounts.
