This feature is for eligible full-time, part-time, PRN, and many "rehired" employees who will be auto-enrolled into the HCA 401(k) plan at 3% of their pay.  You will be matched 100% on each dollar you contribute from 3% to 9% of your eligible pay based on your years of service. Many employees appreciate this feature as they intend to enroll but frequently forget to enroll when they become eligible.
