Not all HCA employees are on the same pay schedule. Some may be paid weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.  There is often confusion regarding bi-weekly and bi-monthly pay.   The difference is:

  1. Bi-weekly is when you are paid every other week, or 26 times a year.
  2. Bi-monthly is when you are paid twice a month, or 24 times a year.
